PARKING: Driveway accommodates 5 vehicles. Please park in driveway if possible. Parking is not permitted on unimproved surfaces at any time per Nueces County. Garage is not accessible to guests.

**Spa is heated. Pool is not heated, but heats naturally in warm months. Can be heated for a fee upon request. Can be cooled/chilled for a fee upon request.

PETS: *Please select “Pets” in the guest section of your inquiry to add Pets to your reservation. Pets require authorization, pet fee and pet addendum. Emotional Support Animals are considered Pets and will require the pet fee and pet addendum. Bringing pets to the home that have not been requested prior to check in is strictly prohibited and may result in automatic cancelation of booking and eviction and/or additional fees. Please note that we only allow approved dogs. Cats or any other species are not permitted. Maximum of 2 pets are permitted.

EVENTS: **Parties/events of any form strictly prohibited and may result in automatic cancelation of booking with eviction and/or additional fees. This includes Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, weddings and any other events in which people who are not overnight guests of the house attend. Exterior security cameras present on property.

MINIMUM AGE TO RENT: The minimum age of the primary renter is twenty-five (25) years. Owners may request a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent.

MAXIMUM NOISE ORDINANCE:
- Seventy (70) dB(A) between the hours of 8:01 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and between the hours of 7:01 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday. - Sixty (60) dB(A) between the hours of 11:01 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Sunday.
- Eighty-five (85) dB(A) for sound that both originates from and is received on property within the Entertainment District, at all times.
