This cute and cozy fully furnished 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath home that sits on a 1/2 acre of open land is a must! It's beautifully maintained and located near Lake Allatoona and the largest gas station and convenience store Buc-ee's! Not to mention having easy access to the historical district that includes adventure, history and arts. You'll have full access to the grounds that include a backyard with a fire pit where you can enjoy roasted marshmallows or a cocktail underneath the covered porch!

Happy Birthday to My Mom

We gave my 97 year old mom a wonderful birthday party. The cottage was in close proximity to her assisted living facility and that proved to be very convenient. The cottage decor is fresh and resembles a French, beach house hosting hundreds of gorgeous flowers surrounding the home and yards. Downtown Calhoun isn’t a wild night time destination, but several good restaurants and adorable specialty shops, a sweet small park and very friendly people were the answer for our getaway. The cottage beds were so comfortable and the cleanliness was greatly appreciated. Travelers will be extremely happy with this choice as an overnight stay or longer! We highly recommend this southern hospitality spot nestled near the mountains of northern Georgia. K. Pennel
