•Dripping sprinkler head on side B between 2nd and 3rd floors was never addressed•Side B elevator door opened even though the elevator was at ground level. Mandy sent tech to successfully repair. Even after side B elevator repair, operation was hit or miss so we did not use it. •Neither pool filter were operating and water was very scummy on top keeping our guests from using them. Pool maintenance tech got filtration going but one pool’s heater never worked and prevented us from using that pool.•No beach towels. One set of towels per guest. No shampoo. No bath soap. No body lotion. No hair dryers. No dish strainers. Our guests had to purchase beach towels and hair dryers to share. •Broken and missing range knobs.•Filthy floors – see photo•Standalone refrigerator on side B leaks.•Left side dishwasher on side B did not shut off and had to be unplugged as overheating and fire was a concern.•Deadbolt on the door at the bottom of side A would not open from the inside. You had to have someone use the code from outside to open it. Major fire hazard.•Elevators that did not go to the top level. There are three bedrooms, including the primary suites, on this level and having to carry luggage up and down, along with frequent stair climbing was daunting. My wife is 80, I have a bum hip and my brother is awaiting a knee replacement. When amenities include elevator, it is assumed that is services all levels.•And finally, bed bugs – See photo
