Escape to the gorgeous coastline of New England and experience a relaxing beach getaway at our recently renovated home. This property has one of the best front porches on the Hampton Beach strip! The modern interior was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxed atmosphere with an open floor plan on the main level, complete with stylish, nautical furnishings. This home is within walking distance to anything on the island including the shops, restaurants, fishing district, boardwalk, theaters, arcades, and, of course, the amazing beach! Don't miss out!

Careful consideration was taken to ensure a restful sleep with all of the bedrooms featuring blackout shades and super comfortable mattresses with plush linens and pillows.

You can start your morning by brewing a fresh cup of coffee and enjoying the sunrise on the porch. Come home from a long day at the beach to rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower. Then, cozy in and relax in the living room while watching your favorite movie on the Smart TV or gather friends to play a card game on the porch.

Cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker. It is also equipped with all of the necessities including pots and pans, glassware, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. There is also a propane grill for those who prefer grilling or dining outside.

If you need a space to work, you can find a small desk in one of the second floor bedrooms.

The front porch is shared between both units and overlooks the bustling strip. This home consists of 2 units split side by side; this listing is for the right unit #41, which accommodates up to 6 people.

A washer and dryer are available for long term stays and are located in the bathroom on the second floor.

This unit comes with off-street parking for 1 vehicle. Free street parking is directly in front of the house on Ocean Blvd on a first come first serve basis.

This house never disappoints! We stayed here last year for the Smuttynose half marathon and loved it so much, we stayed here again this year for the Smuttynose Half marathon again. This house is clean. The location is amazing, just steps to the beach/bib pick up location/race start and finish line. The beds are comfortable, the shower is awesome and the check-out check list is quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Comforts of home

This property was a gem! Plenty of room, all the amenities needed for cooking. The three bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses. We were not inconvenienced at all. The place is beautiful and homey. The front porch was perfect for people watching and just relaxing. Also, the owners; very down to earth and approachable. We plan on booking again next year.

All we could ask for

The house had everything to make our week long stay very comfortable. The bed linens and bathroom towels are all good quality, fresh and clean. The bathroom is huge, has a washer/dryer right in it and the rain shower is great! The porch was a perfect spit to sit and people watch, and to have morning coffee. The furniture seems new and was very comfortable. Every kitchen accessory was there and in great condition. Even the gas grill is a nice Weber grill although we didn’t use it. All in all our stay was awesome!

Nice location, home owners communicated very well. Beautuful bath and kitchen, well stocked. Two of the bedrooms were extremely tiny with no where to unpack. Living room furniture could use an update, not very comfortable. Tripped on front porch...lifting the fence/gate and then there was a step up. Overall a decent rental.

Perfect Location and Peaceful Paradise

My five year old daughter would not leave this house she loved it so much. When we were packing up to go I was calling to her it was time to leave and she said "I'm hugging my bed goodbye!" The whole weekend she just kept saying how much she loved the house, that she wanted to stay longer. The set up was so great. The location was perfect. My mom and I ran in the Smuttynose Rockfest Half and 5K and we were able to walk to the start line in the morning which was PERFECT. We were able to walk the whole beach strip as well, but we weren't directly in the chaos of it all. It was nice and quiet on our street but conveniently located to everything we needed/wanted. The owners also gave me very clear and detailed instructions for parking and getting in and out of the house. I would 100% rent here again (I don't think I have a choice, my daughter has already asked when we were going back). Thank you so much!
