BRAND NEW BEACH RETREAT!! "The Water's Edge"---Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a short walk to the beach. Option to heat pool and spa. 2023 New Construction just a short walk to the beach!! You will enjoy relaxing in our spacious meticulously clean home with all the amenities you desire.

Lots of Deck Space around the pool and on the second /third levels.
3 bedrooms with King Beds and ensuite bathrooms
1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed and en suite bathroom
1 bedroom with a King Bed and shared Jack & Jill bathroom
1 Kids' Suite with Full over Full bunk with a twin trundle, and a set of twin Built in Bunk Beds (5 beds and a shared Jack & Jill bathroom)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire place except for a couple small closets where the owners will keep personal belongings.
Other things to note.
Parties and events are not allowed at this home. No smoking and Pets are not allowed on the property. Pool can be heated in spring & fall for a fee. The Spa can be heated for a fee year round.

Why they chose this property
This home is just 1 block away from the beach. It is close to the Isle of Palms Recreation Dept and only 1 mile from all the restaurants at front beach. The marina is just a short drive away with dining, boat rentals and fishing charters.
What makes this property unique
The home has three levels and private baths attached to each bedroom. The rooms are large and comfy with new high end furnishings. The open floor plan downstairs allows for entertaining and dining for large families. The home is stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
