Experience quintessential Saratoga Springs at this highly covered downtown location. Unlike other rental units that claim to be near downtown, this condo is actually located in the heart of it. Step outside to be fully immersed in all the city has to offer.

Park in the adjacent garage with walking distance to all of Saratoga’s main attractions: restaurants, shopping, Skidmore College, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Racetrack, museums and casino.

The unit has elevator access, along with a well-equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and a gas stove making it an excellent property to impress and entertain guests. Enjoy views of the historic Congress Park and Canfield Casino from the window nook that makes a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee ( or cocktail ) and soak up some sun.

Take a stroll across the street to Congress Park and enjoy our complimentary lounge chairs, cooler, and a picnic basket for your use. You read a book, catch a play, people watch or see a concert. Alternatively, you can use the provided items to walk over to the race track.

The second bedroom is small, not much bigger than the double bed in it. Perfect condo for 2-3 people.

This is undoubtedly the best location to be in Saratoga.

Downtown Saratoga Springs

We highly recommend this property. It is located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs. Parking was readily available and checking in and accessing the property went extremely smoothly. It is walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and LOTS of great shopping. The condo was well-appointed and comfortable. We will definitely look to staying here the next time we visit Saratoga Springs.

Location!

Perfect walking location to all the shops and restaurants on Broadway and surrounding streets! Unit was just as described and looked like in the picture, spotless and had every amenity for a comfortable stay! Wish the bed was a little bigger, two adults in a full size bed was a little tight but it wasn’t an issue and super comfortable! The host of this property was quick in responses to any questions. Would definitely recommend!!
