This unit features a twin Murphy bed in the living room, a Queen sofa sleeper in the loft, a split AC unit in the living room, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, and the loft, as well as a television in the living room, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. Lounge in either of the two gorgeous pools or enjoy a game of tennis. Watch the incredible sunsets or stroll along Keawakapu Beach and Kamaole Beach Park III. Enjoy evening cocktails off of your balcony. This beautiful resort has spacious lushly landscaped grounds, an on-site tennis court, 2 pools, and barbecue grills. - beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Important Notice - April 2025 through year end
Phased plumbing improvements on a few of the buildings will result in isolated grounds maintenance. Temporary above-ground piping will be installed and protected by fencing. It is also possible that some excavating work may cause daytime noise, however the beach is just a few steps away.

Fantastic location to the beach. Lots of amenities, would have been better if had an umbrella or some beach gear available or amenities for children but overall a great price and closeness to beach was perfect

Great condo. Brand new interior and super clean. We had a fantastic time would definitely come back and stay here again. Really short walk to the beach. Also short walk to restaurants, bars, and ice cream.

Great House

Our stay was amazing. The unit was clean, with super tasteful decor and every single thing we needed for our stay: from cleaning supplies, to kitchen appliances and beach towels and chairs. The beds were super comfortable (even the sofa bed) and the bathrooms were extra clean. The location was also amazing - close to a lot of restaurants, nice hotels and some of the best beaches in Maui.

Spacious and comfortable basr

The condo is so spacious and nicely renovated. The loft pullout bed was an excellent space - separated from the main living area. Laundry was a nice bonus. We had a family member with an injured knee so drove to most beaches and restaurants, but everything is close in both Kihea and Wailea.

Beautiful Condo

What a beautiful condo! Everything is completely remodeled and clean as can be. Condo was perfect for our family of four. The location allowed for great beach access and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Look no further- this condo is perfect!

Great stay in Kihei

The property was as advertise. The home was clean and provided items needed for first night stay, such as soaps, etc. The location was great to walk to the beach and local shops. Coconuts cafe was a big hit! Besure to get the Mahi sandwich! The only down fall of the home was parking. There is not assigned parking, so when returning to the home you may have to drive around a but to find a spot. Overall, great stay and would return!

Beautiful Place with a few Hiccups

Absolutely beautiful and well remodeled property unfortunately we had issues where the door lock didn't work correctly twice and the freezer didn't function the entire time we were there. Management was easy to contact thankfully for the issues with the lock.

Great Property!

My family booked this condo and it was great! Newly renovated and done well. You can see the ocean from the balcony and we had some great sunsets! The location is great. You can walk to Kamaole Beach #3 and #2. We had small issue come up but the property management company dealt with it promptly. It was listed as a 3 bedroom but it's really 2. The loft with a pull out sofa bed was the 3rd. There were beach towlels, beach chairs and umbrellas provided as well.

Place as advertised, good location, a bit expensive

Pros: The property was exactly as advertised. The first bedroom had 2 twin beds and the upstairs with loft had a king. The apartment had all new furniture and was renovated nicely. The location is perfect for a central stay on Kihe. Con’s: the property was very expensive for the space provided (almost $250 a night per person) and the checkout instructions had us stripping beds, running dishes and taking out trash. Not sure why we paid a cleaning fee. It is fit for 4 people but most likely not more. There isn’t really a view of the ocean.

Remodeled Beach Condo Stay

Overall only a few small hiccups given the condo is brand new and newly listed which is expected. After a few months this property should be well seasoned and ready to go. 1. AC in lower bedroom didn’t work and was slowly dripping water. After raising the concern and their assistance, It proceeded to work intermittently afterwards. 2. Had to request for more bath towels, as we only had 4 originally. 3. Pillows are all on the stiff side. I do suggest bringing a soft pillow if you require one. 4. Upon arrival, there was a stain on the couch upstairs

Unit was amazing. Very clean and updated and first condo in Hawaii with no bugs the whole 10 days. Only downside is the unit a few doors down on the same level is apparently FEMA housing with a local family living there permanently and one of the residence was screaming and threatening to kill/hurt people 3 different days we were there late at night and early in the morning while pacing in the walkways and in the parking lot. He ended up getting arrested for vandalizing a car and breaking windows in the complex and threatening to hurt people one of the days. Our rental car was only 2 spaces down from the one that got a gallon paint can smashed into the side of it. 5 cop cars had to show up to resolve the situation. The guy was back in the complex later in the afternoon the same day. This scared my children multiple days. The family that lives there stares you down every time you walk by them and are very unfriendly. One of the maintenance workers at the complex says this family has been a nightmare since they moved in and not enough people are complaining about them to have anything happen to them. I would definitely stay at this unit again if the neighbor issue is resolved but you should be warned.
