Beautiful house on Lake Rathbun with in-ground pool & 50-amp camper hookup
Our house has an in ground pool and features 3 queen sized bedrooms plus a spacious living room with 2 sofa/sleepers and a basement family room with 1 sofa & 2 recliners. We have 3 additional air mattresses stored in a closet for your use as well (2) queen and (1) twin size. Also, the basement has a nice office area and bar/entertaining area for all of our guest with walk out basement to enjoy. We have a very large deck around 3/4 of our house so you can view the lake anytime day or night. It features a Charcoal BBQ grill and furniture as well as a ceiling fan for those hot days. We have added an in-ground swimming pool this year as well. Weโre located within 1/2 mile of the OHV Park and weโre within 1/2 mile of a boat ramp where you can enjoy fishing, boating etc. amazing place for Eagle Watching. We have several amenities for you to enjoy while staying at our house. We now offer a 50-amp camper hookup for an additional $50.00/night fee. Bring your pet for $100.00/stay fee.

Hosts were super quick to respond to questions. House is mega nice! Myself and 6 other guys stayed for 2nd season of deer hunting, host gave us tips on where to go to increase our odds. Check-in process was super simple and so was check-out. I 1000% recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

Very easy check in. Pool was great. The house was clean and furniture was nice. The kitchen appliances are clean and worked great. The kitchen had all the utensils needed for preparing all types of dishes. If planning a trip to Lake Rathbun I would highly recommend this property.

Our family was looking for a place close to Lake Rathbun that would allow us to all be together. What a wonderful spot we found! The pool is perfect, ample towels provided! Check in and out was a breeze! Plenty of space to park the boat at night. Wonderful!!!! Allowed the grandkids space and time to be with Grandma and Grandpa; what a blessing!

Guys Fishing Trip
We rented this house to accommodate 8 guys. The house had plenty of room for all of us and was in a great location. Plenty of room for parking 4-6 boats. Would highly recommend this property to others. Pool was not open in early May which was fine for us.

Spacious home, Wonderful Pool
The pictures don't do this place justice. The house is clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We loved sitting on the huge deck and took advantage of the very clean, heated pool. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The only suggestion would be putting some darker curtains on the windows in the upstairs bedrooms, the sun had us up pretty early. Overall this was the perfect place for our girl's weekend and we would definitely stay again!

Very nice place with lots of room. Will definitely stay again and looking forward to the pool being done. Host were very helpful and made us feel welcomed into their home. (cookies and wine were awesome) Only negative was being charged a cleaning fee but asked to do dishes, laundry, etc.

Thank you for your kind comments. Iโm sorry for the extra work on the cleaning. We try to get there as soon as you leave but not always possible as we work full time too. However if we have the dishes in the dish washer and the towels started in the washing machine it helps us get a jump start on cleaning up. I would love to host you again. The location was great. We were less than 5 minutes away from the boat ramp and had suffient parking on property for multiple vehicles and a boat. Only complaint is the gas grill which was not clean when we arrived. The property manager did bring us an electric grill to use for the weeekend as well.

Why they chose this property
This property is within 1 mile of the Lake Rathbun and OHV Park. We added the in-ground swimming pool in Spring of 2024. Plenty of yard to have fun in as well as an entertaining space in the basement. Very nice bedrooms and other spaces of the house that you can enjoy spending time with your family & friends during your stay. Plenty of places to sleep up to 12 people.
What makes this property unique
Nice entrance off Highway, spacious yard, quiet area, and now having a pool really helps when traveling with children. :-)
