Beach and bath towels, a starter set of paper goods, hand soap, shampoo / conditioner, dishwashing soap and trash bags, beach chairs, free WiFi access, and a 24hr Guest hotline for any issues. We have implemented extra cleaning procedures for every arrival including disinfection of all commonly handled surfaces. Owners very nice and helpful

We were there for a month while working in Port Charlotte and loved it so much we are renting for another 2 months in 2 weeks. Love the owners and the house. Hands down best people to rent from ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Property manager was great about allowing me to change my dates(excellent thank you) property was ok. I like privacy and there wasn’t any. Front door all glass no curtains, rear all glass no curtains(no privacy) woke up first morning to roaches in the kitchen, second morning roaches in the kitchen and 2nd bathroom. I like to iron my clothes, very small ironing board and iron leaked all over my clothes.
