This carefully restored Georgian country large country house with walled garden and decks- in center of King's Lynn. Just a 10 minute walk to the King's Lynn train station, less than 30 minutes drive to the beach! Be right in the heart of it then escape through the walled garden gate into your own world. This is a perfect house for extended family to gather with two very large sitting rooms and very large dining table. Complete with two outdoor decks, conservatory, dedicated hang out space with TV, record player and game console (great for teens/older kids). Amazing restaurants, pubs, parks and river dining within walking distance.

We loved it!

Super clean, spacious, lovely private garden with badminton rackets and football. Well stocked with tea, coffee, toilet paper, salt & pepper etc etc. 3 generations stayed a week and we loved it. Simple to find. Plenty of room. We didn't find the road a problem with noise at all. Easy walk into town and to the swimming pool. We had a smashing time. Would highly recommend!

Large House

The house is massive, with 6 double bedrooms, very comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, nice toiletries and good size towels. The garden is beautiful, the kitchen is modern with everything you need. The only slight downside is that is is on the main road coming into Kings Lynn so you have constant traffic noise, however it is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, riverside and parks. Great house for a large group. The property managers are very helpful.
