Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

1. The checkout time is at 10 AM. If you aren't out of the house by 10:00 AM you will be charged a late fee of $100. Please be considerate guests!:) I truly appreciate it.

2. Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix, HBOMax, or other streaming platform. 3. Before you leave, please lock the door and windows are shut.

4. Make sure all the furniture is in its original location and all games are placed back intact. 5. Please let me know when you are leaving. The extra time can help my staff keep everything spiffy.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No excessively loud noise during quiet hours between 10 PM – 8 AM.

Thou shall not steal the sacred bathrobes of this abode. Doing so shall result in a curse of bad laundry days and damp towels for all eternity.

The MadiZEN is truly a hidden gem. From the outside, it’s unassuming and gives little indication of what’s waiting behind the door. Step inside, however, and you’ll find a beautifully remodeled, tastefully decorated apartment with a clean, contemporary feel that immediately makes you feel at home. The Midtown location was perfect for my stay—close to downtown, Germantown, Cordova, restaurants, and everything I needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, the coffee setup was a welcome bonus, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was outstanding. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the responsiveness of the hosts. Every question was answered quickly, and their hospitality made the entire experience effortless. I stayed for about a week and honestly couldn’t find a single thing that needed improvement. That’s rare these days. As my Irish grandfather might have said, “Some treasures don’t shine until you open the chest.” The MadiZEN is one of those treasures. A well-deserved five stars. I’ll gladly stay here again on future trips to Memphis.

Probably the best bnb I’ve ever been in out of the 5 others by a long shot. You walk in a feel like ur in a whole different city and it gives u the vibe that when you open the window you will be looking at an open view of the land. It’s just a grand escape and sure lovely/earthy feeling place.
