This unique apartment is right in the center of Grand-case and truly on the BEST part of the beach! Walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops.,. The stylish decoration makes it a very special place that offers the charm supplement that all the standardized units don't provide. We didn't want to put a TV screen as the screen is the view on the sea and the beach from everywhere you stand. It has its own garden overlooking the beach, private beach chairs under a shaded gazebo, It is an open air concept where only the bedrooms have cold AC. But the whole covered terrace area, so therefore the whole unit closes with touch-buttons electrical "garage doors". So at night or when you leave the unit the place is fully closed.
Fully equiped kitchen, outdoor or indoor dining tables. Gas BBQ, direct access to the beach.
AND PARKING spot right on the property, Wich is something important in Grand-case where finding a parking spot can be difficult!

The location:
The appartment is in the real heart of the town, not alongside of the high traffic road that goes around the island. It's perfectly located nearby shops, pharmacy, groceries and in a calm environment. You basically don't really need a car for a stay there.
We, owners, are established in Grand-Case since more than 45 years so will get the right advices for your trip: where are the good spots, where to eat, what to do, etc...
