Pocono Chalet w/Custom Bar, Game Room & Firepit

This centrally located chalet is the perfect place to get multiple families under one roof and never run out of things to do. Located in the private Pocono community of Arrowhead Lake, there's nothing but empty acreage for miles behind the backyard. The indoor entertainment area includes air hockey, shuffleboard, dartboard, Xbox and Nintendo Wii. Outside you can hang out at the massive custom bar with plenty of seating or relax by the firepit and play cornhole. Minutes to all Pocono attractions!

There are 5 bedrooms and 10 total beds including 2 sofa beds. The first floor has two living rooms, one with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. Each floor has a full bathroom with the upstairs being the only one with a tub. There are 7 Smart TV's each with streaming capabilities for which you must log in under your own account. We have the fastest available internet speed. The rear of the home has the entertainment center which then leads to the backyard bar and firepit. In the front we have a large deck and plenty of parking.

Arrowhead Lake Community is packed with amenities including:

- All guests (including day guests/visitors) and vehicles must be registered at least 72 hours prior to arrival or you will not be allowed in the community.
- Firewood for firepit is included
- Propane for the BBQ is included
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Absolutely no fireworks. Although you can legally buy them, it is illegal to set them off. You will be fined.
- Community amenities are available to all renters. There is $8.50 fee per person (In season: May 24-Sept 2) or $2 (off-season) per night fee for anyone 6 years old and up for use of the community amenities and a $20 registration fee per car. These are set by the community and must be paid whether you use the amenities or not. We will pay $200 in these fees with a minimum 3-night stay.

The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.
