Awesome Location!

This condo was perfect!! Amazing view and quick access to SoBe and all of the downtown hot spots. Great building with cool shopping and eating on the ground floor. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Miami!!

Nice big place in great location, however apt is pretty run down. All bedding seemed like it needed to be washed, kitchen and bathrooms havent been updated since 70s and some grime looked like it could never be scrubbed away. Still a good deal for the amount of space you get and the amazing water views. Host was super responsive and helpful with wifi and AC issues

What a wonderful place to stay!!!! View from the balcony was wonderful. We arrived the for the last two days of the Miami Boat Show. Was amazed at the number of boats in the bay "showing off" there products. Daily we watched the cruise lines come in and dock, reload with people and depart for there next cruise .Condo was very clean and presented just like the pictures on the site. showed. We are older and found the beds to be very comfortable but a little too close to the ground for us. Everything you may need for your stay was either provided for you or very close . Grocery or fast food was a simple 2 block walk from condo front door Nice restrants or pubs are located within the building if you did not want to venture out. Parking at the condo was very easy and hassle free. We missed having a table to use for games but later found out that one was available in the locked storage closet. We took advantage of the free trolly that has a stop at the condo's front door. and did out own mini tour of the city and markets. Our stay was a wonderful experence and we would come back to this condo again the next time we vacation in Miami.

Nice place

The place is in a good location with lovely views. Check in was a nightmare. Couldn't check-in till 4 pm and then had to go to go from place to place and queue to do admin before getting access. We went to reception, then to car attendant then to customer service, and back to parking attendants office. Customer service took ages. And a reasonable queue. Took about an hour so didn't get access to unit till after 5 pm. They also ran out of wristbands we were charged for and told to come back next day. Still none. You need wristbands to move around property to tricky managing with 2 when 4 people who might want to go to gym, it pool, or walk etc. Was tricky for us. Unit is dated but very clean and kitchen well stocked. View is lovely. For us it was out most expensive accommodation we have ever paid. We thought pricing was in AUD as from Australia and anytime we have used homeaway it had been AUD. But we were charged USD which was a huge huge shock. Just a warning. I will follow this up at home but doubt we will be able to do anything.

Nice unit but not an area for a relaxing vacation

Very nice, well equipped and spaciius unit. Beautiful view. Owner very gracious. No complaints at all. Just didn't care for the area. Too busy and not much to do in immediate area. Parking was difficult. Should have done more research before staying in that part of Miami.

My friends and I stayed at the grand in 2016 and had a horrible experience with a seller who failed us with fake advertising. The pictures were not what we saw in real life upon arrival sinks were broken and the A/C was out of order the whole trip. So you're thinking are you crazy to try Home Away again? Well after proper investigation that seller has been complained about and unfortunately since it was a private sale Home Away wasn't responsible for any compensation. Anyway so I saw this condo and yes I made sure it wasn't the same owner this time. My friends and I love the grand despite the disappointment with the seller. Free parking for our stay and mins away from south beach which my friends and I LOVE. The staff at the Grand nice too. So we said what the heck lets try it again and we did and were glad we did Dolres and her Daughter were nice and always a phone call away we had some last minute travel plans and she even extended our check out time. place was nice and clean. No false advertising what you see is true. my friends and I WILL STAY AT THE GRAND AGAIN.

Very nice host and overall great experience. The view was awesome and the location was very convenient for the business and recreational activities that we participated. On the negative side - certain aspects of the apartment are dated but that didn't bother us too much. Only hassle was the garage pass (which I understand they are updating) and the front door. Other then that, nothing worth complaining about as it was overall a good experience!

Damn Near Perfect.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and fully stocked. The pictures don't do it justice. The view is breathtaking, the balcony is HUGE! The location is awesome, right across the street from a Publix and other stores and restaurants. The very beautiful and large tub apart from the glass shower and bidet in the master bathroom was amazing! Its the perfect spot for business or pleasure. Definitely will be staying there again. Everything went smoothly, communication was flawless during the booking process, this was just perfect. So happy to be able to enjoy Miami in this gorgeous place!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in MIAMI

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung hat uns supergut gefallen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Wir haben jetzt zum 2. Mal den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung verbracht und würden sie immer wieder buchen. Hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage. Alles kann ohne Auto erreicht werden. Der Metromover und verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Toller Urlaub, Danke an Dolores die uns herzlich empfangen hat. Wir besuchen Miami auf jeden Fall wieder.

Beautiful property with nice amenities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo, the views are beautiful (can see the sunrise) and the property was fully stocked. Included were almost all dishware you could need (including wine openers and drink glasses for every occasion), towels and washcloths, shampoo and soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, and an ironing board. Would highly recommend.

Awesome Experience. Loved Condo

The Host! The sweetest person ever ! She took time to explain every detail in the condo, the beautiful view of the ocean is unbelievable waking up every morning too. Parking was very easy we parked in the garage. The host is nice, sweet and wonderful, called several times to make sure that we were okay. This is the kind of property I would recommend staying at with your family or a small business trip. We loved our stay and can't wait to head back to Miami ! Thanks Again !

We loved our condo everything we wanted. We are extremely happy and could not ask for any more, the homeowner greeted us with open arms took the time to show me around the condo and also the parking was very convenient inside of the garage. The condo has amazing amazing :) views of the ocean, where we relaxed in the evening spent family time. Definitely going to recommend this property to new guest and will definitely come back and stay here when we are back in Miami.

The Condo is centrally located to everything you need. The condo has amazing views of the marina, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. It is a great location for going to South Beach, . It also has lots of restaurants inside the Doubletree hotel that you can walk to. The thing that really meant a lot to me is, I was in Miami for a medical procedure and had complications Dr. Williamson was so caring and helpful. So one thing you can rest assure you are renting a unit from a great human being.

Comfortable, well equipped, well-located property. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner at the end of our stay. Down to earth gentleman. We had a slight issue at the start of our stay and he drove over 4 hours to address it! You don't find customer service like this frequently. This unit has to die for views! Will be going back again! Awesome views of sunrise and sunsets!

This is a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo centrally located to everything you need. The 16th floor has amazing views of the marina, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. You can even have drinks on the balcony and watch the cruise ships go in and out of port. It is a perfect location for going to South Beach, the Miami Design Center and other cultural attractions. It also has lots of restaurants inside the Doubletree hotel that you can walk to. I enjoyed the gym in the building as well. Having a washer/dryer is very convenient too. Walking to the bank and Publix is only a 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay again.

Wonderful view! Great Location!

I was here for a month and was very happy with the location, the wonderful balcony with manatee sometimes below, the beds were comfortable, the living room furniture even better when we realized the backs and the arms of the chairs and sofa all moved. It's easy to park your car even tho getting in and out of the "gate" was a bit slow at times as you have to find just the right angle for the card. There is a large cart you can use to move your things and/or carry in items from a grocery or shopping trip. The kitchen would be better if someone would clear out all the paint, etc. from the large bottom cabinet. It was difficult finding places to put away food and the dishes are in a lovely cabinet in the living area. Needed coffee cups and wine glasses closer! Some plates in the kitchen would also be nice. I bought a Styrofoam cooler that I hope they left for others to use along with a laundry basket from the Dollar Store! Overall, it was a great stay. I'd stay again and recommend it to a friend.

Beautiful condo!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It is a little dated, but very well kept. The location can't be beat with a full length balcony overlooking Biscayne bay. The property manager was prompt and easy to work with. We would certainly stay here again!
