Nice loft apartment

Work trip- this area of town is great - you are able to walk to various restaurants and enjoy Memphis. Host was quick to respond, easy check in/out.

Enjoyed the location being so close to everything. Comfortable beds and amazing air conditioning. Cool view over the Lorraine hotel. Clean and just what we needed. Found parking on the street around the corner each time we parked.

Plenty of space and great location

This was our first trip to Memphis. Elijah was a great host and was quick to respond to our questions. The loft was spacious and the location was great. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants. We’ll be back for sure!

Great Location to everything Memphis

Condo is very nice with lots of windows to let in sun, clean and quiet. Elijah was a great host, responded quickly with ck-in and out instructions and parking questions. Easy to walk to Beale, local breweries and restaurants. Great Time!

Owner was very nice and the place was very clean and spacious. Cool loft vibe with high ceilings. Walking distance to Tom Lee Park. However, my friend got her car stolen while parked on the street out front. Police said there had been some cars broken into in the area in the past.

Loved the loft and the locationo

Had a great stay. Loved the loft and its location. If we were to offer improvements it would be to fix and clean the air conditioning unit. So loud it woke everyone up and we found the filter on it was displaced and very clogged with dust. Other than that, it was great.

Very nice, great location. Only issue was that the work-out room was locked and no management available to open. Also there were 3 of us and only 2 towels which were small like a towel you would use to dry your hair. Also, there is a coffee maker that uses K cups but no coffee provided , so bring your own coffee and towels. Otherwise we loved it and would stay again.

Graceland

The Loft was as expected like in description with pictures . We did come across AC issues upon arrival , but Host was on it to get it fixed and prompt to make us feel comfortable. Elijah our host was always attentive to our needs and stayed in full contact with us to makes sure AC was in good working conditions. Even brought in portable ac units to assure our stay was going to be comfortable in Loft. Parking was a bit concerning, but manageable . There was construction going around the area but nothing to be concerned ,especially at night. Would stay again.
