charming apartment on the canal

The apartment is beautifully situated on a canal and is furnished with several works of art. Silvia gave us a warm welcome and gave us valuable tips for things to do. The proximity to the streetcar station "Vaartsche Rijn" is very advantageous if you want to go to the Science Park or the train station "Utrecht Centraal".

Charming studio, right on the canal

The location of this studio is just excellent! So close to restaurants, bars and shops. We walked everywhere, and it’s also close to public transit. The studio is so charming and fun! It’s very well equipped, and perfect for two people, or even three. Our daughter joined us for a few nights and it was quite comfortable for the three of us. Sylvia was a wonderful host, and answered all our questions promptly. My favorite thing was watching the boats go by in the canal while having my morning coffee. It made our visit to Utrecht very special and unique. I would love to come back in the summer and stay at Sylvia’s place again.

Cozy canal stay

Everything about this property was perfect. Check in and check out were very easy and we had very clear instructions with photos. The host was kind enough to clean the unit and change the bedding half way through our two week stay. Being able to open the doors right out to the canal is truly a unique experience. We happened to be staying there the weekend that the Sinterklaas parade came down the canal, which was an absolutely magical. The unit itself is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. The hosts even provided snacks and breakfast for our first morning, which was a welcome surprise. The bed is two twin beds pushed together and is very comfortable. I was a little worried from the pictures that I would be too tall for the shower, but we had no problems. It is bigger than it looks. The Internet was very fast and reliable. There were so many amazing restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There are also several grocery stores very close by. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and peaceful but is only a short walk to the city center. If we ever come back to Utrecht, I would love to stay here again.

Super Lage schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns bei Sylvia und Lex sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation war super. Die Lage am Kanal war super und man konnte schön draußen sitzen. Direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Lage ist so dass man gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein kann.
