This unit of the duplex will make you want to relax with the whole family or bring your fishing partner for the big win! This unit has 2 separate bedrooms with full functioning kitchen. The lake is only 3 blocks down the street. Boat ramp and any last minute supplies are at Extreme Marina just 4 blocks away. There is electric access for charging your boat or golf cart. If you rent this unit, there will be no one in the other side.

What a relaxing weekend!

What a beautiful and relaxing home, the kids and I were finally able to relax and not stress, home was beautiful, everything you could need while on vacation. Thank you for a carefree and relaxing getaway, we will definitely be booking here again in the future, owner was very helpful and kind.

Little Fish at Lake Eufaula

A friend and I stayed at the Little Fish at Lake Eufaula for a bass tournament. The fishing was good and our location was convenient for the launch. The owner was very courteous and helpful. We would stay again.

This place was wonderful. The home was clean and smelled great! All the things plus more they have. Thank you for having coffee available. The host and house keeper are very kind. We will be back as soon as we can. It’s a 4.5 min slow walk to the lake. The neighbor is nice. Thank you!

Cosy and perfect for our needs!

We reserved the Little Fish for ourselves to attend a family reunion and got an extra surprise when our son and grandson were able to come wit us. Our hosts were professional and kind. The home was clean, so cute, and perfectly located. We were blocks from the lake, blocks from downtown and blocks from some great restaurants! Can’t say enough good things!

Loved it here! It’s 10 min from Nichols point. Convenient to downtown Eufaula. Larry was very responsive. The place is very well-equipped for cooking and very clean. We will be back! Thank you.

Functionally meet all of our needs

Our half of the duplex is very well decorated & has all of the items need to make it functional and comfortable. We need to be in the area frequently for the next 2 months and will be renting this property repeatedly.
