You'll have access to the entire house with the exception of locked cabinets where extra supplies are stored.

Other things to note
There is a video doorbell (exterior of the front door) and camera above the driveway, which record 30 sec. facing the front yard upon motion detection. Another camera monitors the backyard.

There is also a noise decibel monitor on at all times, which does not record audio, but tracks how loud the general environment is.

We loved our stay at this Scottsdale property! We would absolutely come back again! The house was exactly as described. The backyard was massive and we loved it! We were looking for a great place to spend a weekend celebrating a special birthday! The beds were comfy, plenty of room to spread out, great kitchen with a good amount of cooking needs. Backyard was our absolute favorite, great pool, loungers, fantastic fire pit, used the bbq (it was very clean). The yard was perfect for daytime fun and a great place to relax in the evening. Property management was very responsive with any questions.

We found the house to be as advertised and the owners have paid attention to the small details, which made our stay that much nicer. The home was updated and extremely clean within a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend the house and would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Getaway

The best weekend get away ever !!

Such a beautiful home with lots of space for a big family like I had this weekend , comes fully loaded with everything you need for your trip , the backyard was huge and the pool was amazing. The AC in the home was everything with the weather going up to 112 degrees the house did not disappoint! I will book this home for any occasion in the future .

Great Place Great Location

Chose this listing for the great designed backyard, location to Old Town Scottsdale, and how much room the home provided. Since this for a friends Bachelor party I needed somewhere that would entertain us guys and be close to nightlife. I would rank this listing very high on my list and would definitely book again. Great for large parties whether you have kids or not. Very clean and provides everything you need.

The Perfect Spot!

Here’s your refined review: The Perfect Celebration Spot! This house was everything we were looking for to celebrate my little girl’s 10th birthday. The space was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The backyard was stunning, offering lots of activities and space for the kids to run around, but the heated pool quickly became their favorite spot—especially with Arizona’s unpredictable October weather! The home was equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy furnishings, making it feel like our home away from home. The AC worked wonderfully, keeping us cool and comfortable even with a full house. We can’t wait to book this place again for future celebrations!

Not what i expected

We arrived at 3 PM for 4 PM check in and the house hadn’t been cleaned yet. Cleaners arrived and stayed less than an hour so I didn’t feel great about the cleanliness.Master bedroom shower only had cold water, maintenance came and replaced shower head but it still never got warm. He came very quickly though and was very kind.Washed would not do delicate cycles- it would become unbalanced and stop. Only normal cycles worked.Finishes of home were not what I expected. Expected much better quality for that price point. Backyard was nice but pool was dirty.

Arizona Family Wedding

The home is nicely remodeled and accommodates 5 adults with plenty of room. An empty dirty dishwasher is not a good sign as there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. This could have easily been the previous renters' error and not the host or cleaning crew. This required several loads of dishes to be washed as we didn't know what was clean or dirty. The outdoor grill had not been cleaned in a while so we cleaned it. The host was beyond responsive to all issues. The pool heater quit working for our last 2 days and that was very frustrating. They were quick to respond and we were told it was heating and a few hours later it was still not working. They did refund our last two days for pool heat and did offer to heat the pool at the nearby rental for our use but that was later in the day and was not going to work given the time of day.

An enjoyable stay, but keep in mind…

We enjoyed our stay as we were a group of 9 women and stayed for 4 days. The layout of the home is perfect for a large group. The outdoor space was nice, with a swimming pool, fire pit, grill, and games. The location was great for what we planned. Some things to note. The home can accommodate 9-10 people comfortably. But there are only 2 full bathrooms (1 being in the master suite, and the other ⅓ the size of the master) and 1 half bathroom. I feel this should have been stated clearer on the booking page. The advertisement paints the picture that there are 3 full bathrooms. This is important because with 9 adults it was a little overwhelming with showering. the option of a private pool was amazing. Depending on the time of your travel, you have the option of getting the pool heated at an additional cost ($75, which is normal of what we noticed). We chose to have the pool heated for 3 days and the entire time the pool was cold/warm-ish. If the sun was high it was comfortable to be in the pool but in the afternoon/evening it was cold. We mentioned this to the host and they said they keep the pool set at 85°. The pool reader said the temp was set for 85 but the temperature was 72. I’ve never experienced a cold heated pool and would have appreciated the host saying we’ll raise the temp in this case, but the issue was not resolved and we went in the pool twice in three days. That sucked because one day we planned a pool day but had to change the plan because of this issue.
