About this space
Hosted by experienced 10 year, 5 star super hosts. Nature abounds with birds & butterflies, planted areas here and there surround our one-level ranch style 3 BR+office, 2.5 Bath, 2 car garage house w/ open front porch and enclosed rear sun room. Health pro's, educators, techy travelers all welcome to a tranquil, private, sanctuary. Looking to welcome our guests to experience this wonderland.
The space
Custom built ranch style house set back from the road with 3 BR's, 2.5 Baths, Library/Office, large kitchen, dining room, two car garage. Into the front door enter a foyer bathed in light. A stylish dining room with nice lighting on the right adjacent to an eat in kitchen with a view of the woods and backyard. Straight ahead is a Great Room with vaulted ceilings that connects to the kitchen and an enclosed backyard sun room room and bedrooms in the East wing. Bedroom areas include a Master BR with ensuite bathing, a large walk-in closet, jacuzzi style tub (see photo) and walk in shower with handle-bar. Plus two other guest bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. Lots of closets in every room and the hallways. Library/office with front yard view with much interesting relevant reading material and room for yours too. There is a well maintained fenced in lap pool that can be maintained and accessible for an additional cost upon request. The outdoor space is edged by Eastern Cedars, Weeping Oaks, Redbud trees and woods with a walking trail on the property.
Guest access
The entire house and yard will be exclusively private for your personal enjoyment and pleasure.
Other things to note
The doorways are all wide enough for a wheelchair and everything is on one level. However there's no wheelchair ramp

Not a good experience

This guy call me before my stay asking a lot of questions and telling me a lot stuff about the house saying everything was new and remodel . Ones l get there there was a lot old stuff and unfinished projects and some appliances wasn’t working properly l even too pictures and after my stay he wanted to ask for damages already was in there . Be careful with this property. Take pictures before because then he wants a new home for free
