Fully Remodeled Desert Gem w/ Private Pool, Tiki Bar & Games

This home has all of amenities you would expect at a resort, and for those in town for Spring Training, we're only 3miles from the Cubs Spring Training facility. This cute updated home is great for family and friends with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and even an office to use for those traveling for work. In the Winter, enjoy the heated pool & lounge chairs in the backyard as you watch the beautiful sunsets or hang out and play darts at our Margaritaville-style backyard tiki bar. Then come inside to play some poker or dominos w/ the family, Jenga, or one of 1,000+ games on our Pac Man life size arcade machine. As the night winds down, you can stream your favorite shows through our provided YouTube TV on one of the five massive TVs we have for you to enjoy in the home.

If you want to get out and enjoy the many attractions across the Valley, great! We're only about 5-10 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Gilbert Entertainment District, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, ASU, Spring Training Facilities, Tempe Town Lake, Golfland Sunsplash, Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo, and many restaurants and shops.

Please note that the rock feature you will find in the backyard does not pump water and is not for climbing. You can enter the diving pool through the steps at the shallow end or enjoy the diving board at the 10ft deep end. Please note: Our pool maintenance company arrives every Wednesday morning and enters through the side gate. Pool is heated to 85 degrees from Nov 1 - May 1 at an additional charge, upon request.

*Please note* Although we all love our furry 4 legged friends, this property strictly forbids any type of service animals or emotional support animals. The owners kids are severely allergic to any type of animal dander which triggers asthma attacks. Any guests who attempts to bring animals on-site will be removed from our property immediately without refund.

This was a great place to stay for a group of 6. The house seemed to be newly remodeled and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was refreshing and we had lots of fun playing darts. There were plenty of cooking supplies as well. It was a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic weekend at this house! Everything was as described. Clean, quiet, and Chelsea was responsive to our questions. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a Tempe getaway.

The house was clean, well decorated and well stocked. The pictures do a nice job of representing the house. It was a great fit for our family with teenagers. Communication during our stay was prompt and accommodating. The only thing I would change would be to add a kitchen table for dining and games. I can see that many groups would be happy to eat around the islands. There is plenty of seating, we just prefer to sit together at a table. We enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again, 5 stars.

The Perfect Tempe Getaway!

My family and I recently stayed at this rental in Tempe, and it was fantastic! The property is beautifully maintained and offers all the amenities one could ask for. The location is ideal—close to local attractions, restaurants, and ASU, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The interior of the rental is spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. The bedrooms are cozy, providing a restful night’s sleep, and the bathrooms are updated and spotless. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space, which was perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing us with all the information we needed to enhance our stay.
