Thank you for your response. As you are aware VBRO has a no-refund policy after your stay started. Not sure if your plans changed or it wasn’t your liking, but there was no prior communication to fix anything. The only communication with me was after you said you were leaving, and wanted your money back. I gave a partial refund, but was not obligated to do so.
