Nice Hotel but not the room in the pictures

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were great, but we were somewhat disappointed by the room. The pictures on the site made the room look modern but in fact the room was beige and very outdated.

Location is amazing

Our view from the 21st floor was amazing. The room itself needs some updating but it was good. Staff was very friendly. We will be back.

Errors and lack of communication

We arrived and were put in a room that couldn’t sleep four. We got moved to a room that was under stocked with towels and tp. Texted for 12 hours with housekeeping, who finally came through after 12 hours. The heater was jammed ant one uncomfortable temp. Only one working elevator to the 50th floor upon arrival,The next day it was out of order. and we waited 25 minutes to get on a service elevator to go down. Took another fifteen to get to the bottom floor in a PACKED service elevator. No comps given for any of the things that made our stay more stressful than nice. The only good part was the view from our corner room
