A great retreat

This house was a comfortable, private and relaxing stay for us. Plenty of entertainment options in the house and well furnished. The only complaint was the dirty water in the hot tub. We didn’t need it or use it due to the color of the water, but not a deal breaker. The pool and backyard were incredible!

Great Yard, Comfortable, Clean

Three of my children (ages 16-24), my husband, and I stayed here for 4 days. The house was clean and comfortable with a few extra touches to make it inviting. The house itself is bright, spacious, and welcoming. Everything was clean and orderly and we were greeted with a snack basket and a beautifully set table. The game room in the front of the house was a hit with our youngest, and it was good to have some extra activities because it rained while we were there. The bedrooms were also bright and roomy with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Plenty of extra towels, linens, and blankets (it was a bit chilly while we were there too). You'll see in the pictures that there is a large walk in closet off of the master bedroom/bathroom. While we were there, and extra mattress was being stored there, so that took up some of the room. Since our stay was short, we didn't mind. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. The dishwasher is loud, so we ran it at night when we all went to bed as it did interfere with the TV volume. The true gem of the place is the backyard. The pool is a great size, water was clean, but it is unheated, so we did not use it. The hot tub was the perfect temp and water was clean and clear. Plenty of outdoor seating and a few outdoor games are included as well. I scored lower on communication just because they didn't answer through the VRBO app, but did respond quickly when texted. Check in/out was easy & quick.

RENTER BEWARE

DONT STAY HERE We were so excited for this stay. Brought my daughter and her boyfriend along with myself and my husband for a fun weekend.Save your money. This “ELITE” rental agency cares nothing about your stay just your money. They don’t maintain their properties AT ALL. It makes me wonder if the sheets were even clean 😬 Let me count the ways this property and it’s “management company” failed. Pool slide broken and dangerous (I have pictures) Pool filthy (I have pictures) Hot tub filthy (I have pictures) Sink and shower in master bath didn’t drain No hot water in showers Pool table about to break Shower in 2nd bathroom had broken door and wouldn’t open or close right. (Really embarrassing when you bring family and THINK you’ve rented an AWESOME HOUSE) Property management Company sent over several different people to address the pool and spa (only when I reached out to THEM) None could figure out how to vacuum it somehow They skimmed the top and added chemicals Last one left water running in hot tub making it overflow We were unable to use the pool and hot tub for our entire 4 day trip. They flat out ignored us the last 2 days. What’s really sad is this company claims they offer so many services (massages..gift baskets etc) But yet they WONT take the time to make sure things are properly maintained. The SAME THINGS people complained about in previous reviews WERE NEVER ADDRESSED THATS HOW INEPT THEY ARE DONT STAY HERE RENTER BEWARE
