You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants and with the parking it was a hassle free vacation. The communication was great and speedy.
The cons, it was a very dark room. The window is ground level with a town trail right outside (the trail proximity is a plus) but for privacy the shades are used. The overall feel of the room was worn down. The sheets didn’t fit the bed properly causing bunching (but they were clean and cozy), the carpet needs to be stretched as there were a good amount of lumps in it, the closet doors felt/look as though they would fall off and the worst was the bathtub not draining. I was disappointed to see someone else had already commented on the bathtub and it was still not fixed. To have to shower after someone and stand in 6inches of their dirty shower water is gross. Plus, since the water would sit in the bath for hours, the room had a musty feel and smell.
If your going for cheap and great location this can’t be beat, but just know it has its flaws.
Everything was as expected and better. Location, accommodations and staff were all perfect for our trip.

The entire inside of the building was under construction, so we had to walk through the crew in the morning when we left and if we ever returned during the day. The inside of the condo was in good shape. The tub/shower drain was clogged so it was super slow to drain. It was nice that we had a parking lot to put the car in that was off the street. The hot tub and pool area was all closed. Online it had said the hot tub would be open so that was a bummer. All in all, great location, unfortunate that we dealt with the construction and no hot tub. I'm sure if I came back after construction I would be happier with the experience.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The building felt very safe. The biggest perk was location! We were able to walk to Main St with shops and restaurants in less than a minute. I definitely recommend this spot for your Park City stay.
perfect little studio for a couple getaway! nice room with a very comfy bed, Tv with roku and mini fridge/microwave. Perfect location right on main street you can walk to all the main street attractions. Butcher’s is a fancy dinner place just 5 minute walk from the roomc highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning.
Overall good experience in Park City, great location
We had an overall good experience staying here. The location couldn't be beat, especially with the use of the park city buses. The room was cozy, bed comfortable, and was in a safe area. We have a few complaints, however, including 2 giant hairballs on the end table and bed when we arrived, WiFi was down due to weather (though not their fault), the hot tub and sauna were closed, there was no iron in the room, closet door slider was broken, bathroom lock was broken, and one of the door moldings was starting to peel off. A lot of these didn't really affect the overall experience, but I wanted to list them for the sake of repairs and cleanliness/amenities.
This property is in a great location to walk to breakfast at Harvest, the Town Lift, and the rest of main street with shops and restaurants.

Clean and simple
The sliding door to the closet was broken when we arrived. We were still able to use the closet. The room was neat. The bed and pillows are a little too soft. Guests would be happier if you left them enough coffee for the duration of their stay and a coffee cup or two.
