We had an amazing time with this property. Slept 11 very comfortably, plenty of space, amazing location and modern amenities. 10/10 Nashville property and made for a great trip. Highly recommend.
Great stay with girlfriends to enjoy the Nashville sights and sounds! Super cute place, clean and all the necessary conveniences! Parking and safety a super plus!!
Great house! Very clean, could use some new towels but overall great! We had a group of girls staying here and had several UBER drivers tell us we were in an unsafe area and to be very careful. We never felt unsafe but for that reason we wouldnt stay there again.

This house is in downtown. It is somewhat close to public housing but there is a major road or line of demarcation between the two communities. I think that my other reviews prove that this house is in a safe area. And you said you never felt unsafe. I actually don't think it is fair to characterize my community as unsafe. This house is in between several million dollar homes and I know my neighbors feel differently than your uber drivers.
Nine of us (ages 18 - 72) stayed for 21st birthday trip. Property was beautiful and new! Accomodations outstanding with no bedrooms on main living floor which was nice to have three other levels to spread out for sleeping arrangements. Listing said coffee was provided but wasnt so remember to pack that. Location was nice, however the walk to Broadway, neighborhoods are a bit sketchy so we Ubered at night. Had a fun time. Would highly recommend.
The stay at Charles place was great, Very open space, great for large groups to come down and see Nashville. Roughly about a 20 minute walk to the main strip. Place was clean, had towels, soaps, showers were great, beds were comfy, basic necessities in the kitchen.
Would definitely return. Host was great with communication and very accommodating. Gave everything a 5 star rating except location. Location is great with proximity to the city, only gave 4/5 and this is just due to that there is some construction development in the area, as time goes on this place will only look even better.
We enjoyed our stay. 7 college friends reunited for a Nash Bash weekend! The house was super clean. Charles responded immediately to messages. There are lots of steps to climb. I would recommend new sheets as mine had knitted up. Also, a drawer with chip clips and extra batteries for the smoke detector. It was beeping so we bought a new battery. We had an amazing weekend!
Great place for 11 girls celebrating a bride to be. We didn't use all the sleeping space, plenty of bathrooms, the deck allowed some of us to sit in the sun while waiting for everyone to get ready. We walked to a really great pizza place. There is a coffee place a half block away but all of us agreed it wasn't good so may want to skip that. To music row, we did uber there and back and never walked. It was fairly inexpensive to do so. The only very small thing is that it seemed to have needed a deep clean. Generally it was clean - showers, kitchen, etc. were VERY clean. Some of the girls thought it was visibly dusty (baseboards, floor corners, etc.). Would stay again and would recommend.
It was a pleasure to stay at his property. My friends and family kept complimenting house spacious this property is. I really like that there was a garage and a rooftop. I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the place. My sister loved the kitchen bc she loves to cook and likes people being in the kitchen with her. Very beautiful kitchen and bathrooms.
I loved how close it was to downtown Nashville specifically Broadway and 2nd Avenue. Ubering to downtown Nashville was quick and convenient.
The alarm system made me and the other guest feel safe while staying there. I would recommend this spot for my friends and family and be staying there again.
Thank you Charles for being so prompt and attentive to any questions that we had. Great Superhost.

Pro’sSize - Large, 4/4.5, some bedrooms with multiple beds. Great for large families or groups.Location - About a 10 minute drive to Broadway and surrounding attractions downtown.Con’sPictures are deceiving. Location - didn’t feel safe based on things we witnessed in the area. Cleanliness - looks like only basic surface cleaning is done. When we removed the garbage upon leaving, the pull out drawer was filthy (leftover food) and the bottom of the trash bins looked like they had mold in them. Baseboards and light fixtures are dirty and walls and floors are scuffed. The shower in the room I stayed in had hair in it. The chairs in the living room need serious cleaning, dining room chairs all had stains. Lots of wear and tear for a seemingly newer property. Basic amenities - no dish soap (there were ‘soap’ containers with mostly water), no laundry soap/pods or soap in the bathrooms. Glassware/wine glasses weren’t there, only plastic and a few glass type tumblers.Layout - 4 levels and lots of stairs. Smell - Lower level bedroom smelled like sewer.Towels - needed more and maybe better quality (not so thin).
I stayed at this rental for a weekend in mid-April with my daughter and some of her friends. We chose this rental for the number of bedrooms & bathrooms, as well as it's proximity to the Broadway scene. It was easy and inexpensive to get Lyfts to Broadway. There is also a nice coffee/breakfast/lunch shop (called Hero) just a few blocks walk. The rental was nice, clean and spacious. We only had a couple hiccups. When we arrived there was a bit of an unpleasant smell on the lower level. It had been raining quite a bit, and there were big puddles we had to navigate in the alley in order to get in. We assumed that all the rain had something to do with the smell, and it seemed to get better in time. We also had a little difficulty with the security system but that was probably a combination of user error and where the control panel is located. We were also informed shortly before the trip that there was not tape allowed to put up decorations on the wall, and you could clearly see where paint had been pulled off by previous renters. All in all, we had a great trip and I would recommend this rental to others heading to Nashville.
