Why they chose this property
The house was renovated recently with a complete walkout basement and two full bedrooms. The furnishings are mostly new and modern. The house is very spacious (6000+sq ft). It is located in a very safe subdivision with two dead end streets… so limited traffic from non residents.
What makes this property unique
Close to the Roswell Village and Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Alpharetta. The new baseball stadium is also close by.
