Great Room!

This room was a very comfortable stay. It was exactly as described upon arrival was very clean.. The only issue we had was that the wind got a little bit loud throughout the evening… But after I got used to it, it was kind of peaceful… overall was a great stay and I do recommend it to anyone looking for a room in Waikiki.

My stay was not pleasant. The light stand was not working. The internet was not set up. There was no router in the room. I had to call security to set it up.. Closet was full of maintenance items such as cans of painting. and curtains The closet could not slide smoothly. All kitchen tools were not cleaned and the burners of the stove were dirty and the table and the chairs were very unstable. .

December 2024 stay

Location idealy located and within walking distance of many places. The bed is really firm and very uncomfortable. Be prepared, as we weren't for the following things: No towels for the pool or beach are provided, no dish soap or item to clean dishes. Kitchen has minimal items for cooking but enough to limp along to cook. Parking is 40-45 per day and cash only. If you want to use the gym, you have to sign up and pay a fee for that as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view from the room. Very budget accommodation. Quick response from reservation team.

Second time at the property as it's in a great location. It's been "newly renovated" for at least the past 3 years. I'll be honest, the windows need replacing, it's on the corner of the 37th floor so it gets windy and the windows have gaps (which people have stuffed paper in now). If you don't like the noise, not for you. The bathroom is functional, but it always looks like the renovation part didn't get this far. The location is the save for this property. Food Trucks & a 7-Eleven just outside the building.
