Hi Jess, The step into the garage and the patio have never been mentioned as an inconvenience for the past 200 stays. Jess was upset that the pool had leaves and pollen in it from a recent storm, which cleared up after the pump was run. Jess had no other complaints of the outside amenities during her stay, but she did happen to ask for a refund due to those “issues” after the fact.

Dear Linda, I don’t believe you review is an accurate reflection of the property by any means. You let me know that the hot tub cover was old which is entirely true but the hot tub itself was clean and functioning perfectly, hence why you used it. Since then, I purchased a larger hot tub to accommodate more people. The house next door was indeed under construction and woke you up early one morning. I called the city to make sure they adhered to quiet hours and did not hear another complaint about it even though I followed up after to make sure they are adhering. The kitchen is smaller and we note that in our listing. We provide the basics and have not had any complaints from anyone else. We did not have a toaster oven which bothered you, but we can not accommodate every appliance nor do we state we have one. We were extremely communicative and frequently did not receive a response from you. Had you have asked for us to address any concern you had, we would have gladly done so if it was in our power. While we are extremely receptive to feedback and love suggestions, we don’t think this review is accurate.
