Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off exterior lights, shit off hoses, turn off fans.
Place all furniture back to its original spot, place remote controls on the coffee/side table
Turn the AC to 75.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
