Perfectly nestled between the charming village of New Paltz and the beauty of the Gunks and it’s surrounding countryside.
Quiet culdesac road close to everything, ONE HOUR FROM THREE MOUNTAINS and within walking distance to a couple of real country gems.

Top of a hill, this home has amazing privacy, and the quiet of being the last home on a dead end street. With a natural spring pool and a dry sauna in the back yard, your private spa in the Gunks awaits!

Below you will find a few ways to feel comfortable and integrate with the ecosystem of the home. I hope you find them useful and as respectful of the environment as i do.

Please leave all shoes outside or in the shoe bench at the entrance.

This is a fully recycling home. Pay special attention to the location of recycle bins, and garbage in the kitchen. The garbage is found in the right cabinet under the sink, Please pull. Another garbage is found under the produce (small) sink. The recycle bins are found in the custom cabinet built in the pantry. Glass and plastic on the left, cardboard and paper on the right, and plastic bags in the middle.


Check out instructions:

Please remove all used linens and towels and place them in the laundry baskets found throughout the rooms and linen closet upstairs and bathrooms.

Please pre-rinse all dishes and place them in the dishwasher before departure. You may run the cycle if you wish.

If the grill was used, please remove all dishes, cook ware and place them in the dish washer after rinsing. Please return grill cover and securely latch it on.

If the fireplace was used, please ensure the flu vent is closed by lifting the lever arm and feeling it latch. Its simple but requires attention.

Please ensure patio door and back sliding door are securely locked.

Make sure you have all you belongings before departure.

Your access code to the house expires on check out date at the agreed upon check out time.
