Located just minutes away from lovely Bradenton Beach! Enjoy wonderful restaurants, shopping and a close proximity to the airport, all set in a quiet location. Our established neighborhood has a heated pool, tennis courts and a playground with a quick walk down the block. Community amenities are gated and secure with fob use. Newly remodeled townhouse has all you need to relax. Enjoy coffee or a glass of wine in the covered lanai while looking at the wildlife on the pond or soak up some A/C inside with on of the smart TV's located all throughout the property. Vacation is calling!

Great stay!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and location was perfect for games at IMG. Owners were fantastic with communication and house was just like the pictures and made for a great stay!!

Quick Trip

We stayed here while visiting with family in the same town and it was a great centrally located home base for us. Home is on the smaller size but the great price, full kitchen and again location, really made this home perfect for our stay!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed (except an ice cream scoop). Watch your toes on the master bed-it has metal legs on the corners and in the middle of the side rails and tries to attack your toes every time you go by. We didn’t visit the pool area. Fairly quiet neighborhood and the pond in back has ducks and other birds that visit. We would stay there again.

Enjoyable vacation

We had a great time staying at this location. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We were located in a very safe community. The home is in a great location with many restaurants and attractions nearby. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and they quickly took care of a problem we encountered. We are looking forward to returning next year.

This was a great property with a lot of amenities. Properly furnished, we had enough towels and blankets. Traveled with my wife and 2 kids. We went to the beaches and there are several restaurants nearby but we also bought food to make at the house. Very clean and safe. The hosts were very responsive and communication was excellent.
