Private, Spacious, Comfy 1 bedroom Entire Suite, Separate Entry & Onsite Parking

Thank you Debbie for letting me host you and your husband😊 There are 15 step boards on the stairs and I usually share this information with anyone that inquires about the exterior. I'm happy knowing that both of you didn't have any problem with the stairs and no guest has had issues with the stairs too. I have uploaded pictures showing the exterior stairs so guests can be well informed before booking. Thank you again for the great review.

First of all, Rachel stop using adjectives that you don't apply to my property, it's obvious you don't know the meaning of a "run-down house", if it is, how come you stayed in it for 5 days, how come other guests that came before you left excellent and exceptional reviews..... it's obvious your review is intended to punish .... My property is a historical building and as the owner I have every right to preserve it's history... it's a shame you feel otherwise after I let you and your boyfriend stay in my home that is not yours. Second, you stated that my listing wasn't accurate, you know this claim of yours would have made sense if you mentioned what was missing from listing compared the pictures ....NOT A SINGLE GUEST HAS SAID MY LISTING IS INACCURATE....check my reviews ..again your review of my listing is intended to punish and devoid of any TRUTH...what a shame! You mentioned that my rate is high....did you see the largeness of my listing?, I mean the 1bedroom that you and your boyfriend slept in, it's two and half times bigger than the average hotel room and that was why you rushed to reserve it because you know it was a great bargain for the price it was listed for...maybe if you rent your place then you'd appreciate the pricing and efforts hosts put in to rent to you... However, you talked about being watched, let me remind you that I informed you about the security camera outside my property prior to your check-in and that this is for both host and guest protection

Please be advised that going forward, there would continue be a combo of both big and small towels for guests...I usually do add big towels but it was an overnight during your stay....my apologies for that. The property has a Google Nest thermostat that is a smart thermostat that has self-learning capabilities to optimize energy - meaning that it senses when there's no movement/activity and adjusts the target temperature to optimize energy and ultimately heat output. This explains the heat situation However, part of the house rules and arrival guidelines that was shared with you prior to your check-in, stated that Heat/AC should be turned off when you're out of the property or gone for a long time.
