SLEEPING QUARTERS: Comfortably sleeping 12, the home easily accommodates several families. A first floor bedroom with queen-size bed works well for those who wish to avoid the stairs. The spectacular, 2nd-floor primary suite features a king-size bed, hardwood floors, and private porch, as well as a luxury primary bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, and beautiful tile work. The spacious, 2nd-floor bunk room has built-in bunks that sleep four comfortably. A fourth bedroom with a king-size bed and happy color scheme opens to its own private, covered porch with lake views and rocking chairs. The 3rd-floor sun room offers a day bed with trundle to accommodate more guests.

GREAT FEATURES: With 1,000 square feet of outdoor covered porches and a lakeside eating area, parents can relax while watching the kids catch fish off the dock of beautiful Lake Colby.
