My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location between the beach and downtown st. augustine. We will definitely consider coming back!

Great place

It was great place to stay. The location is great to the st Augustine historic area. The pool was very nice. The house was very clean and welcoming. I would love to visit again.

This is such a cute little place! The host was very accommodating and attentive during our time there. Imma late property!! Perfect little place away from all the chaos of St. Augustine.

Beautiful style

Private pool & quiet neighborhood. Convenience to every major attraction and all the amenities. Whats not to love. Nice landscaping as well.

Irritating

Last minute booking, paid in full. After we arrived, they told us we didn’t pay enough! We had to pay more to get the code because of their miscalculation . Also had to answer multiple questions about who we are, why we are there, and had to write to them that we will not have any party’s. Kind of ridiculous. Nicest house on the block.. Barking dogs started at 7:30 a.m.~ all day!

We do have a pet fee, it's disclosed you didn’t want to pay. Sorry you didn’t get to bring your dog for free- no miscalculation. Yes, we need to ask questions to screen bad guest and take care of our property. Don’t bring the barking dog.

Was a great rental-no grill-poor internet service

The original pics we saw had an outdoor grill. When we got there there wasn’t one. They only clean the pool once a week (on fridays). We got there on a Monday and the pool was filthy by Monday morning because of storms. BUT the owner did go,out of her way and had it cleaned earlier. If you plan to work remotely here, DO NOT!!! The service would come and go all the time. The smart TV was an issue too. We know how to stream but the tv and service went out in the middle of the NCAA final 4:(. Loud neighbors! Someone also tried to get in the front door in the middle of the day. I would not recommend the area for children.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points about it: The grill is stored to protect it from weather damage but is always available for guest use. Had you requested it, we'd have gladly clarified it. While our standard cleaning schedule is once a week (typically Fridays), we’re always happy to arrange additional cleanings when unexpected weather events occur—just as we did during your stay. We appreciate your patience and are glad we could resolve this quickly for you. In regards to internet. We understand how frustrating a temporary outage can be. However, as explained to you, this was due to an area-wide AT&T outage, and we shared updates with you as soon as we received them. In regards to the other reports you had about internet, we were able to confirm that the service was functioning normally during your stay via speed tests that we also shared with you. Finally, we’ve reviewed our security footage and found no evidence of anyone approaching the door. The neighboring unit was occupied by guests with excellent reviews, and the property is in a family-friendly area. That said, it is also important to point out that we remind all guests that this property has a sister unit with which they share the pool area to make sure everyone knows what to expect. We take all feedback seriously and will use it to improve. Thank you again for taking the time to share.

Adorable property, comfortable, clean and you couldn't ask for a more convenient location to Historic St. Augustine.The pool was perfect for the weather, made the hot days very refreshing.Will definitely be staying here again.
