The apartment was wonderful. Much larger than expected. Neighborhood is fantastic. Everything you need is within walking distance. Transit close. Restaurants, bars and cafes. Safe, clean, nice security. No problems with check in checkout. Great communication with host and staff.

Upon entering the apartment I was struck at how cute it was. The decor was adorable and stylish. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. It was also well located. Everyone associated with the rental was very pleasant. From my host to the nice man at the entry. I highly recommend this property. . .

This is a very good property with potential to be great. The flat is on the second floor and has two separate bathrooms, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen and a nice living room. Contact with the owner was excellent. The guard on duty, Rene, was very friendly and helpful. In terms of improvements, it was sparsely appointed. Upon check in, there was just one room of toilet paper for the two bathrooms. The rental provided quality towels, but just one per person. There were no dish towels or paper towels in the kitchen. (I will note, the owner provided additional hygiene paper upon request). Two of the lamps had no light bulbs and were inoperable. The staircase leading to the upstairs is rather unique; not recommended for children or sleep walkers! The toilets were not clean. One of the toilet seats was broken. Unlike most other VRBOs I’ve experienced, there was no welcome book from the host with recommendations, house rules, etc.Another item for improvement is the fact that the entire unit has no venting; that is, no air conditioning or heating. During my stay the temperature dropped and the unit was uncomfortably cold. Overall, this is a seemingly newly constructed or remodeled rental with great potential. With a few minor touches mentioned, it would be great.

Great place and location. The best was the fellow concierge caretaker. A wonderful man who was incredibly kind.Minor complaints. Could be more towels. Should have a vacuum cleaner not a lame brush. Should have an internet extender to have better coverage in living room. Gave up on TV and streaming. Too complicated anyway. Coverage was great in bedroom. Very stylish place and hood.
