Experience Miami from a stylish 2-bed, 2-bath Wynwood apartment for 6. This art-filled space boasts city views from a private balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy luxury amenities like a rooftop pool, fitness center, and free garage parking. Perfectly located between the Wynwood Walls and the Design District, it's the ultimate urban retreat.
You will be provided the standard building rules and regulations ahead of your check-in date, which must be acknowledged and signed prior to your arrival. Upon entering the building for the first time, you will need to provide the concierge with a photo ID and pay the $50 one-time resort fee at the time of check-in. This fee is per person or per couple (minors excluded). Once checked in, you can make your way up to your freshly cleaned gorgeous unit awaiting you!
Detailed check-in instructions will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival.
During your stay, you will be provided with a key for the front door, a key card to access the building as well as the elevator and amenities and, if needed, a key card to access the assigned parking space in the private garage. Lost or damaged key cards may be subject to a $50 replacement fee per card.
