About this property

Elegant Condo in Park Shore neighborhood with heated swimming pool and a private beach access. Walking distance to Fresh Market, Home Goods, Starbucks, Saks OFF 5th, many great restaurants and 10 mins walks to the private beach. Just a short walk to The Shops on Venetian Bay.
Our newly decorated condo has four bedrooms and plenty of room in the family and dining area. The upstairs area has a private master bedroom with a full bath, walk in closet and laundry room. Downstairs area has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable screened balcony with access from the living room and downstairs master bedroom.

It feels like a large home with 4 bedrooms and two levels. It comes with an access card to the great, secluded, private beach with plenty of parking space. Great location and lots of comfort!
