The screened in porch offers outdoor dining and gathering space. Indoors, the calming blue theme offers plenty of room for your group to kick back and relax.

Enter into this 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home with lots of tucked away spaces for privacy but also large rooms for enjoying time together.

Enter the home using the smart lock with code provided. The front room serves as an office and an extra sleeping area with a pull out couch, smart TV, desk, and chair.

Head straight and the house opens up to the open dining and kitchen area. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the basic amenities needed to prepare home cooked meals. The dining room table accommodates 8 people for f(r)amily meals.

Step down into the Florida Living area that overlooks the backyard and marsh trees. The living room features a large smart tv, sectional sleeper sofa, extra seating area, and access to the screened in porch area.

A large sliding glass door opens up to the porch which has an outdoor dining set and seating area for everyone! Exit to the backyard and enjoy the shade from the large tree and swinging hammock chair. Cornhole boardsare provided in the garage for the competitive spirit. A firepit is provided for chilly nights or to keep the mosquitos away during the warm summer nights.Enjoy cooking out on the charcoal grille provided.

Off of the kitchen is a tucked away bedroom. This bedroom features 2 twin beds, smart tv, dresser, and nightstands with lamps. Fresh linens are provided in all the bedrooms on the plush hybrid mattresses.

Guests will have full access to the property except the owners closet.

The host is available by phone or messaging and in person in case of emergency.

This home is located in a coastal suburban neighborhood. Bright, tropical houses line the streets . Friendly, quiet neighbors wave as you pass by. Great place to sit back, relax, and enjoy!

Take the car or uber to the beaches in less than 10 minutes. Beach and bike rentals available for enjoying beautiful beach weather year round.

Located next to a few shopping malls but a car is required to get to the beach or Mayo, only a short 5-10 minutes away.

Uber and Lyft Available. We also work with a local rental company for beach essentials such as bikes, umbrellas, chairs, etc.
Pets are welcome but the pet fee is $200. Undisclosed pets result in a $200 fee on top of the required pet fee. A separate charge will be sent to you once the pets are disclosed. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. Please do not leave waste in the trash cans. Try to keep them off of the furniture.
