This is such a wonderful setting to simply relax and enjoy all Maine has to offer. This house is delightful! The house is conveniently located steps away from the Oceanside Store. Also just a quick stroll to the locally owned and operated General Store, this is the gathering spot for your morning coffee, a great take out lunch or any last minute items you need for a picnic at the beach. Just a few more steps down the beach, enjoy a summer cocktail, light lunch or very nice dinner at the Stone's Throw Restaurant. Jump on the trolley or walk to downtown York Beach. There, you will find many more restaurants, bars, shopping, a great playground for the kids and York's Wild Kingdom. This is a zoo and small amusement park. Play mini-golf, ride the Carousel, see the animals and enjoy some cotton candy. We require a minimum stay of 7 nights during the summer, but are waiving that requirement for June. This property does not accept pets. Finally, there is no smoking on the property, which means the balcony too. We appreciate your cooperation with this. Parking for 2 cars at any time.
