Dock Holiday on Weiss

Family, friends, fun, and sun! This beautiful waterfront home is just steps away from the lake, has a large spacious yard for outdoor games, screened outdoor patio with seating, a well-stocked kitchen, and a home layout that is perfect for spending time together. If that's not enough-the water views are incredible. With watercraft rentals, sunset cruises, and fishing guide services, we promise-your first visit will absolutely not be your last. We look forward to hosting your stay on Weiss Lake!

Master bath is stand-up shower only while guest bath offers a shower/tub combo. Baby crib is a fold-up travel crib that is accessible to occupants. Home is single level with exception of one-step down in to laundry room.

Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of secure garage area.

Weiss Lake Concierge hosts are available by email, phone, or text. Contact information will be included in your check-in email and at the property.

Fantastic Weekend at the Lake

The property was amazing an the communication with Weiss Lake Concierge was easy and informative. The house exceeded my expectations. The layout is nice, the house was very clean and well stocked with everything we would have needed had we stayed for longer than the weekend. We didn't have kids with us, but the house is set up well for families with younger children. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Late March fishing trip

I came down during my son's spring break to fish for a week with my Dad. We brought our boat and the setup of the property was perfect. The dock was great. The lake was down 2 feet but the dock has a nice ladder that made getting on and off our boat easy. The dock also had power which was great to charge my trolling motor battery. The house was clean and in good order. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners. The washer and dryer were great. The driveway had plenty of parking which made it easy to turn around and drop my boat trailer. The Cowan Creek boat launch is The dock & driveway could have easily supported two boats. The setting on the lake is great and my son enjoyed the kayaks and the big yard. There is a nice picnic table that we used to clean fish and the hose made cleanup quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Enjoyable Lake House Stay

We spent an enjoyable one week say at the Lake House. Even though it is on a county road, the drive to the house is very easy and car GPS takes you right to the property which is only a couple miles off main road into town. All roads are well marked. The unobstructed view of the lake is very nice from the screened porch and is also viewable from the kitchen and living area. Enjoyed many hours on the screened porch watching boating activity on the lake. There are many varieties of birds as well as squirrels in the yard. Facing east makes for specular sunrises and makes afternoons and evenings on the screened porch comfortable. Great north and south views of the lake from the dock. There is a ramp leading to the deck and access to the house making it easy to bring in luggage and groceries. The house is well stocked with all kitchen and bath room supplies. With only a 7-8 mile trip to town, we found many good restaurants and especially liked Tony' Steak Barn, The Bar-B-Que Place & More, Jacks, The Smorgasbord at the Cove. If you like donuts don't miss Lickin Good Donuts on the main street by Ingles. Tonya was a great host, always available by phone and ready to answer any questions. The interior was very clean and accurately depicted in listing. Overall, with easy access, smooth check in/out procedures, easy access to area attractions, great views and peaceful settings, the place is excellent. Would recommend and will try to return.
