The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, a walking distance neighborhood park., W/D, private driveway. Perfect access to everything 3 blocks from an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping stores. The home is centrally located between Downtown Houston, Kemah Boardwalk, & Galveston Island w/instant access to beltway 8, 45 & 610 freeway. You will not be disappointed!!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all used towels and start load

Collect all trash and throw in the big city trash bin behind the fence next to the garage doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely NO smoking in the home of any kind (please use ashtray provided to get rid of cigarette budds and NOT the yard).
No loud music after 12 AM and do not disturb neighbors.

Wonderful Stay

Our whole family really enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable and the whole house was decorated very cute. I will definitely stay again if we are ever back in Pasadena!

Girls trip

The experience we had was outstanding and I highly recommend. The house was clean and very cozy. Very close to shopping and places to eat/drink. I will definitely book again if in that area.

We arrived to find a very clean home. Simple and just what is needed to spend a night or day inside. We stayed for 4 nights and while I would love for the furniture to be more comfortable, I would definitely recommend this place. The owner was great to work with and went out of her way to meet me when I left something behind after checking out!

We had an awesome time at the house. Very nicely decorated. Great quiet neighborhood,Perfect spot for our grandkids spring break. We all really enjoyed the backyard, and we all enjoyed the games provided too.

Cooking Shortfalls

The property was very accommodating but we stayed during Christmas and was very hard to cook due to not having very many cooking utensils or mixing bowls. Cooking spices was none. But overall it was a great experience and would stay here again

Royalty Estate welcomes you to a beautiful and relaxing stay, making you feel right at home. You and your guests will have full access to the entire property. All 3 rooms have new beds & are incredibly comfortable, including a designated work/study room. All rooms have Smart TV's including (HBO, Netflix, Paramount, and Hulu; or stream your own personal accounts). Both restrooms are fully stocked w/clean towels, W/D located in the garage, large covered patio w/ plenty of seating, no back neighbors.
