Quiet hideaway

Beautiful home with ample space for our extended family. Plenty of room to spread out. Amazing sunrise. Communication with the owners was excellent and easy. From check in process to our exit. Will definitely stay again when in Kearney!!

Perfect!

We loved our stay here. We stayed with several different families on our softball team. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved the movie room. The big yard was nice for when we had some down time, we played some “softball” in the yard. The hosts were very accommodating to some changes in our stay and were quick to communicate with us. Will most definitely stay again

Absolutely Wonderful Place

This was absolutely a wonderful place to stay. It is big and roomy and very comfortable. We had plenty of space for all 9 of us. It is set in a beautiful surrounding and was close to everything in Kearney that we wanted to visit. Then we were within a few hours of other places we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend this home away from home for your next stay. Ryan was great to deal with. He promptly answered all my questions.

Great Family Stay

We truly enjoyed our time! Our large group of adults and children fit very comfortable in the house that had 6 bedrooms. The entire property was large, clean and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very accommodating. The family room in the basement with the projector was really fun for movie night and a great spot for kids to play. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen as we cooked all of our meals at the house. The yard with the fire pit was really fun for kids and adults alike. We also enjoyed grilling as well. The hosts were wonderful to work with and even stopped by with a welcome gift! It was a great experience and we are already talking about staying again!

Perfect place for large families

Our stay at Hillside was excellent! Ryan was very responsive and stayed in communication during the stay. The layout and space of the rental worked out so insanely well for our large family group. The rental is equipped with all the essentials, including kids dishes and silverware, and decorated very simply and tastefully. It's very comfortable and functional! The kids loved catching lightning bugs, running around in the huge yard, and playing in the driveway rocks. It was a great place to meet up with family, getaway from the daily grind, and explore a bit of Kearney. We went to Cottonmill Lake for fishing, to the amazing Yanney Park, and to a local fireworks festival. We were so glad to have found Hillside!

We could not have been happier with our stay. This is a hidden treasure. Nature and privacy. The tree line is just beautiful. We brought a volleyball set and the yard was plenty big enough for that. The house was so spacious. We had room to enjoy privacy and yet come together easily with room to spare. We had 8 in our group. Did most all the meals in house and kitchen was very user friendly. We hope to make this another time. Great time for all of us and there is plenty of things to explore and do in Kearney. Thank you

We love this property because of it's natural beauty and convenient location. As you proceed down the long, winding driveway, you will begin to feel transported to a faraway country estate, even though you're 1/2 mile from the highway and minutes from town.

You'll enjoy beautiful sunset, sunrise, and nighttime skies, peace & quiet, and wildlife viewing all from the comfort of a large, modern home.
