The villa was perfect for a month stay in Florida. Hosts Kim and Jason were welcoming and always responsive. The house was clean and well-stocked for all our needs. We particularly enjoyed the close proximity to Dudley Dog Park, where our dog was in heaven playing with all the local dogs. The home is close to nightly entertainment, golf courses, and grocery stores. We highly recommend this villa and plan to book again when it is available.

The property and location were great. We were given the wrong entry code and could not get a hold of the host immediately. She responded over two hours later. This was after 11pm. Then, she showed up unannounced and my husband was gone and I was napping. When I didn’t get to the door quick enough, she was letting herself in.

Just a note for future reference all communication should be through the Vrbo website-had the request come through the site for the door code. It would’ve been about a five minute wait because the alternate manager would’ve seen the request and could have responded in minutes. And again apologies for entering something needed to be checked in the garage. There was no intent to upset or disturb anyone.

Loved this villa!

We needed a place for our kids, grandson and grand-dog. This property was wonderful. Gracious hosts who helped with our needs, comfortable surroundings, very comfortable bed. Dog friendly with a dog park only a few blocks away. Convenient location to recreation facilities and family pool. Our only tip…bring your own hand soap, shampoo and dishwasher pods as those were not furnished. Overall, wonderful stay!

Very Nice and Clean

Kim was an amazing host! Her home was very clean and directions were clear. There was not any hand soap or dish soap but we bought some and left them for the next guests. The location was great since my dad lives about 1/2 a mile away and we were able to spend Thanksgiving with him. I would highly recommend choosing Kim’s beautiful home for your visit to The Villages!
