RedRocks Cozy Unit HotTub Arcade DancePole

Playful, adult-friendly 2BR with a private hot tub, dance pole, and retro arcade—15 mins to Downtown, 25 mins to Red Rocks, and 4 blocks to Sloan’s Lake. Note: The hot tub is in the private, enclosed backyard a few steps from the back door (see “Good to Know”). Cigarette/tobacco smoking outdoors only; no indoor smoking.

The Space
Living Area: 50" TV, retro arcade cabinet (Pac-Man/Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat), and a dance pole for lighthearted fun.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee maker, and stainless appliances — just bring groceries.

Bedrooms (2): Plush king memory-foam beds, TVs, storage; one bedroom includes a small desk for remote work.

Bathroom: Clean and functional, stocked with essentials and extra towels.

Private Patio & Hot Tub: Fenced outdoor area with a 4-person hot tub, grill, bistro dining, and string lights.

Hot Tub Location: Access via the unit’s back door; walk a few steps to your private, enclosed backyard. The tub is not inside the unit and not shared.


Good to Know:
A single-level home that’s simple, comfortable, and easy to settle into — ideal for small groups or families.

Urban/Street Setting: The building sits right off a main road. Expect typical city activity and some traffic noise at times. Many guests love the quick access to Denver; if you prefer a very quiet setting, please consider this before booking.

Access to Hot Tub: From inside the unit, exit the back door and take a few steps to the private fenced backyard where the hot tub is located.

Shared Areas: Small multi-unit complex with some shared exterior walkways; your patio/hot tub area is private.
Climate Control: Thermostat controls heat only. Cooling via window A/C units in each bedroom (no central A/C).

Safety & Security:
Smart Entry: Schlage smart lock (unique code for each reservation) with a well-lit entry path.

Cameras (Exterior Only): Security cameras at the face entry points only. No cameras inside the home or in private guest spaces (including the hot tub area).

Parking: Our Sheridan property offers three parking spots, clearly marked by KushKations signage. Please be respectful to our neighbors by using only the assigned parking spaces.

Smoking Policy: Cigarette/tobacco smoking is allowed outdoors only. No indoor smoking.

The place was debilitated. The parking lot was all busted up pavement. There were window air-conditioners. It was on a very busy street. The building is an old motel that they half-assed fixed up to look good in pictures. One room didn't have a window at the place next door, the next one had cardboard and a handwritten number on it. It was a complete joke.

We enjoyed the fun ambiance and had a blast with the stripper pole. We were looking forward to the hot tub which was a big reason why we booked the place, but were told after arrival that it was not functioning and the issue was not resolved during our stay. When we asked for an hour later checkout, we still had to pay for it. My recommendation would be to offer something small like that hour later checkout when one of the major attractions of the place is out of service. Otherwise, it’s a vibrant and convenient spot. Would book again.

Great location for all the things

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great and everything we had planned was fairly close by. The property had everything you could possibly need and felt very comfortable to be in. The only downside was this unit is right off a main road, and the noise from the cars could be heard occasionally, but it was never unbearable. We definitely plan to stay in the future!

Fun place, easy entry, reasonable expectations. The insulation strewn in the parking lot and general air of renovation was a bit off putting but no loud noises or inconveniences. Good times!

First impression is the place is very small, it's a tiny appartement. And the hot tub was neither full nor functioning which is the main reason for booking and we were not offered any compensation. overall unsatisfied.

Pride weekend stay

We stayed here for pride and it was very decently located. The amenities are cool, but it’s a very bolstered 2bed/1barh apartment. Nice place to have for this event, but parking was a bit weird. Stated we’d have 3 parking spots, but apparently that’s not the case. There’s a lot of parking though around the block and visitor parking we were told about.

Beautiful Idea. NOT 420 friendly inside. Aggressive Neighbor Hates 420 Outside. Not Owner’s Fault ❤️

So lots of things to note, both good and bad. Overall, I’d say the owner of the property is absolutely fantastic. I’d love to rent one of his other properties sometime!!! He was readily available and extremely helpful. The property itself though is not ideal. The biggest issue is that many things are not made clear in the description of this rental prior to arriving, so here are some things I wish I knew: -neither bedroom has a dresser and one of them has no closet space as the only closet is locked. There is just barely enough room for people to sleep, and no room for possessions whatsoever in this secondary bedroom. -the bathroom is comically small. Roughly the size of a publicly room toilet stall with a shower. No counter space. Doable for a single person being squished, but there’s no way I could have shared. I’m glad I was alone here until the second to last day -BIGGEST NOTE I wish I’d known!!! The hot tub is NOT private. It looks like it from the photos. It is not. It is shared with the other units in the building, including this unit’s next door neighbor who will yell at you if you smoke 420 outside at ANY hour of the day, ANYWHERE on or near the property, including but not limited to all designated smoking areas, including the hot tub courtyard (which apparently has a Montessori school next door that he will yell at you about if you toke there) as well as the front yard, side porch, AND the parking lot next to your own car. -this unit is NOT 420 friendly inside.
