Perfect for insurance placement, temporary relocation, or an extended coastal escape, this 2,261 sq. ft. gated community home offers comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location. Just a 2-minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the Coaster station, and 5–10 minutes to dining, shopping, and more.
Main Level: Open-concept kitchen with full equipment flows into spacious living, dining, and family rooms with all-tile flooring. A half bath is conveniently located off the hallway.
Second Level: Three carpeted bedrooms, including a primary suite with ocean view, adjustable Cal-King bed, private balcony, Jacuzzi tub, rain shower head, walk-in closet, and tile floor in the ensuite bathroom.
