Pamper yourself with a majestic panoramic view of the emerald waters in Miramar Beach from this beautiful BEACHFRONT 8th-floor condo. Begin each day with coffee on the patio while gazing at the white sands and the sounds of the ocean waves. This newly coastal decorated one-bedroom two bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and the conveniences of home while gazing at the breathtaking gulf view. This condo comfortably sleeps 6 with a New king bed in the master, New twin hall bunks, a new 55" TV in the living room, a beautiful new kitchen backsplash, a newly updated and retiled shower, and a new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Enjoy a 1-minute walk to the beach from the front door of Majestic Sun to the private beach access! Take a stroll on the beach, then lounge on the sugar-white sands. End each day with your favorite beverage on the private beachfront balcony, which includes brand-new Adirondack furniture as the sun sets!

Majestic Sun is one of the most sought-after condo complexes in the Destin area for its convenient beach access, nearby beachfront restaurants, area shopping, golf, and other resort amenities available. Majestic Sun has an Indoor heated pool in the winter, an outdoor swimming pool, two hot tubs, a workout center, pickleball courts, and a convenient retail store on the first floor for those last-minute necessities or memorable souvenirs.

Wi-fi and cable included. The Washer/Dryer is inside your condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided in the condo; you can take them to the beach in lieu of purchasing beach service.

Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Resort, which is centrally located within minutes of golf, Seascape Town Center, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outdoor Mall, Parasailing, Wave Runner, Kayak rentals, and more! Discounts are offered on some of Seascape's most popular rentals and restaurants. Local Tiki bar on the beach offers your favorite drinks and an evening bonfire with chairs to enjoy an exquisite ocean sunset.

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units and two for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes are available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. Listing was pretty spot on…Location could not be better…Weather was fantastic (I’m sure that’s doing VRBO)…2nd bathroom did have a bit of an oder, but seemed clean…And our daughter said “Please replace the toilet seat in that bathroom…A little surprised that there is no sort of pantry, but definitely not a deal breaker…overall was very clean (at least when we got there,ha)…A very positive experience for the price…THANKS ALL

We had a small issue with the entry code upon arrival, but once I contacted Glass Casa they corrected it while on the phone and we were able to access the property. What a surprise upon arriving at the condo that housekeeping had left table lamps on in the bedroom and living area with soft music playing on the TV's. Never experienced this before in any condo we've ever rented, such a nice touch! Condo is tastefully decorated; smelled fresh and super clean and bed/pillows were very comfy. Great night's sleep with room-darkening drapes. Very pleased that beach chairs/umbrella were provided in the condo for use so we didn't have to pack. No clothes hangers were in the closet, but property mgmt. provided several within minutes of our request. Overall, wonderful stay, and, without hesitation, we highly recommend this condo!
