Rosales Family Lake House in Bass Lake with Boat slip

We only accept Saturday to Saturday 7 night bookings. This “Family” Lake House is a perfectly decorated, spacious, 3-level Lake House just over 2800 Sq. Ft. of space W/ plenty of room for all. W/ 4 bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms
9 beds total & did I mention 2 game rooms? The Main floor has a large living room, large sectional & plenty of sitting area for movie time, vaulted ceilings a skylight, & an open floor plan that flows from the kitchen, through the living room to the outdoor deck. The Kitchen is well equipped W/ all you need for cooking Etc.

Draped with custom made lake area photos, wall pieces and art work of the Bass Lake area to give it that warm, local, welcoming feeling. The home is on a corner lot located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and just a short few minute walk down to the lake and private docks.
The main floor has a large living room with a good size sectional couch and plenty of sitting area for movie time, vaulted ceilings with a skylight, and an open floor plan that flows from the kitchen, through the living room to the outdoor deck. The Kitchen is well equipped with all you need for cooking & baking, newer appliances and the dining area has a large 10-chair dining table, with a 6-person patio table on the deck for those large family gatherings at meal time.

This home has 4-bedrooms and 9-total beds, master bedroom is on the main floor with a private bathroom(bath & shower), a lower level private garage bedroom, with private bathroom & shower, and 2-bedrooms on the 3rd floor that share a bathroom (bath & shower) that also have a connecting lanai with great view of the area and a partial view of the lake. There are 4-bathrooms(2 full/1-half & 1-3/4) with 3-total showers. Bedrooms will sleep up to 14 people all in beds, and all bedrooms have TV's(3-Smart for Netflix, Prime etc), Direct TV(except garage room) and DVD players. This Lake House also includes WIFI, propane BBQ, built-in ironing board, large patio deck that is partially covered with a partial view of the lake & lots of patio furniture for relaxing, with plenty of parking in front of the home and a driveway. Also has washer and gas (propane)dryer, 2-coffee makers, Keurig single serve, new air conditioning units(independent Mitsubishi Wall heat/AC for garage room), and a designated boat slip with a launch ramp for the private gated Marina View area exclusively for residence & guests only.
Yosemite is just a short 22-mile drive from our home to the southern main entrance as well! So come enjoy all that the Sierra National Forest and Bass Lake has to offer such as hiking or mountain biking with trails close by, fishing, wake boarding, boat and watercraft rentals(Pines Village), ATV Rentals (Oakhurst), swimming in the lake’s warm water known for reaching up to 80 degrees in the summer months, or just relaxing in our home custom designed for that perfect family getaway!
