Great Location Cozy retreat close to everything. Old Florida getaway. Just a short drive to beaches, fishing and any restaurant you would want. The retreat is nestled in some natural old Florida hammock with live oaks in a natural park setting to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.
2nd story unit. Stairs required. Walking distance to Charlotte Sports Park. Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training Facility. Message for multi month discounts.

Charming get away. Remote oasis with eclectic style. Backyard reminds me of Gillian's Island in the woods. Very close to a park with wooded trails for miles of walking with shade. Hosts are hospitable to humans and their pets. Close to cinema, shops, restaurants and 20 minutes to the beach.

Beautiful outdoor oasis, nice pool and tasteful decor. Bed was very comfortable, snacks on the counter and basket of toiletries if you forgot anything.

The owners went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The apartment was small but fit all of our needs There were many areas in the neighborhood that still had native trees and plants. We also enjoyed having fires in the fire pit in their beautiful back yard..

I’d live there if I could. The host is accommodating and responsive and not to mention incredibly nice. It has everything you would need. Hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re visiting this area this place is perfect!!

My husband and I stayed for the month of January and it was nothing short of amazing !! The owners are absolutely amazing people,super nice and go above and beyond. We had a medical scare and they were there to help out . Their place has everything you need, and is so beautiful! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful and quaint!

Beautiful property in a quiet safe neighborhood. Decorated beautifully, and an extremely comfortable bed, with quality linens! Joseph was extremely helpful whenever I had a question about anything. Highly recommended! I was traveling alone, but a nice place for a couples weekend! Thanks Joseph!

Perfect Getaway

"Lucy's Place" was lovely. The place was clean, bed was super comfortable, and the balcony was perfect for my morning coffee and reading. I had everything I needed. Joseph made sure to reach out in case I needed anything. Quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing!!

Very Efficient Efficiency

Overall good place to stay, minutes from a mall, 10 minutes to the beach, good variety of eateries, gas stations, grocery, Walmart and Target. Although the pool is in a shared space it was not arkward. My 9 year old wanted to stay in the pool the entire time we stayed. Lovely garden grounds.

Heavenly getaway

Beautiful place and the hosts put so much thought and special touches on . They had even left a basket of goodies and gave us advice on places to eat and go. The pool was amazing and yard was filled with beautiful flowers, gazebo, fire pit and our own sitting area. We would love to go back. I wish I had booked longer as it was so relaxing! Thank you so much!
