About this property

2 Bedroom Apartment Close to the Action

We are located in a quiet residential area but close to the action. Nearby attractions include multiple beautiful north woods lakes, restaurants, shopping and local park with boat landing. If winter is your thing, the snowmobile trail runs adjacent to the property.

We provide a Smart TV, WIFI, Internet, and a selection of games.

Make yourself at home in our fully stocked kitchen. We have traditional coffee maker, small supply of filters, blender, mixer and much more!

Sleep well in a queen bed with cozy comforter, hotel grade pillows and high-end linens.

Guests will find large high-end towels, hair dryer along with a space for personal items in the bathroom cabinet. We have starter shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap.

There is a washer & dryer on the main level. It is shared between the other tenants and is coin operated. Starter laundry soap provided.

Children are welcome. However, we are not set up to accommodate children.

Keeping the unit clean, sanitized, and safe for our guests is a challenge and something we make high priority.

Great place to stay

We have stayed at this property twice in different size units. The 2 bedroom unit is perfect. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils. The unit is exceptionally clean. Will stay there anytime we are in Phillips.

Nice apartment

This is a completely updated apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the other people in the building are friendly. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.

Great place to stay. Only two issues: the electronic door lock was difficult for me to operate, but that was my fault due to unsteady hands; and the TV seemed to only have smart TV apps and no local channels. Other than those things this was as good as a apartment can be.

Apartment was extremely clean.Completely remodeled.Very quiet neighborhood.Close proximity to where we were going to a wedding. Only issue was my Hubby was not familiar with the TV,so couldn’t get local channels. Would definitely book again if we go to Phillips
