Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Cameras and noise detection outside property. No local unless approved. Must provide government Id if needed

When we arrived, we were stunned at how beautiful and clean the home was. It is exactly how it is pictured in the listing, and the hosts really did think of anything that could be needed and had it ready and available. USF Orientation

We booked the house so we could take our daughter to USF Orientation and wanted to be near by, but not stay in a hotel. It was perfect for us with our pup and family love the house closed in back yard the house was roomy and enjoyed the kitchen we cooked dinner for the family before the big college day, we even booked it again for the day we bring her back up to check into college.

Not a vacation stay

We selected this home based on the location to Moffitt Cancer Center and the ability to bring our dogs. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated. I did end up needing to purchase a can opener (the 2 there were both broken) and a cutting board along with a couple of cereal bowls (only 2 were on premise). That was really no big deal but was worth noting. The outside was a different situation. There were numerous items left scattered about (bug spray containers, etc.) Also, the lawn was in desperate need to be mowed so picking up after our dogs was challenging. During the overnight hours on one of the nights there, loud music was playing for about an hour appearing to come from a street over. Overall this location was very convenient and we were grateful to have our dogs there with us during our stay for my husbands treatment.
