Like any city area, we recommend normal common sense (lock your car, be mindful at night). Many of our guests find it safe, friendly, and a true taste of Tampa life.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• All lights in the house are turn off • All doors and windows locked • AC unit set to 77 in the summer and 68 during winter • If you have any trash place it in the blue bin outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Cameras and noise detection outside property. No local unless approved. Must provide government Id if needed
Well behave dogs are allowed with prior authorization fees apply, clean up after your pet. Must provide copy of Government Id
No smoking inside and/out in the porch no candles or open flame inside or around property. House is not childproof, use at your own risk

Property was just like the pictures and well maintained. We appreciated that everything was on the same level with a walk-in shower for the mobility-challenged. Everything was comfortable and organized. Location was safe, though not a ritzy neighborhood, but it was close to where we wanted to be.

This home was so beautiful so convenient to go everywhere. It was fully stocked with everything that you need and it was very clean also, it was exactly like the photos and we overall enjoyed our stay very much!

The house was gorgeous in a nice quiet area, it felt secluded and quiet even though it was actually so close to so many things, including Busch Gardens. Didn't bring my dog this time, but definitely will next time as I would absolutely stay here again the next time I need to stay in Tampa.

My group of friends loved this home! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood felt homey and there wasn't a lot of outside noise. This was a perfect "home base" for us during a very busy wedding weekend. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to book!

Beautiful, Luxurious, and Comfortable

When we arrived, we were stunned at how beautiful and clean the home was. It is exactly how it is pictured in the listing, and the hosts really did think of anything that could be needed and had it ready and available. Checking in and out was a breeze, I cannot recommend this stay enough, and I would be so pleased if I was able to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making my trip with my friends such a treat!

Beautiful Place with all the comforts of home

The house was everything the pictures showed and more! Very clean with everyday essentials provided. It is the perfect place to wind down after being out and about while on vacation. USF Orientation

We booked the house so we could take our daughter to USF Orientation and wanted to be near by, but not stay in a hotel. It was perfect for us with our pup and family love the house closed in back yard the house was roomy and enjoyed the kitchen we cooked dinner for the family before the big college day, we even booked it again for the day we bring her back up to check into college.

One of the first things you’ll notice when you arrive are the majestic grand oak trees shading the property. They were one of the main reasons we fell in love with this home. Their wide branches and timeless presence create a sense of peace, history, and connection to nature that’s rare to find so close to the city. Sitting beneath them on the porch or looking out the window, you can feel the quiet beauty they bring to the whole experience.
