Like any city area, we recommend normal common sense (lock your car, be mindful at night). Many of our guests find it safe, friendly, and a true taste of Tampa life.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Cameras and noise detection outside property. No local unless approved. Must provide government Id if needed
Well behave dogs are allowed with prior authorization fees apply, clean up after your pet. Must provide copy of Government Id
No smoking inside and/out in the porch no candles or open flame inside or around property. House is not childproof, use at your own risk

One of the first things you’ll notice when you arrive are the majestic grand oak trees shading the property. They were one of the main reasons we fell in love with this home. Their wide branches and timeless presence create a sense of peace, history, and connection to nature that’s rare to find so close to the city.
